About The Position

The Eyewear Merchandising Rep supports the 100% brand by ensuring brand standards are met at the store level. The work includes SKU-specific merchandising to planograms or directives and sharing brand information with store management and associates. The role involves a monthly cadence of store visits in the assigned market, with hours varying by location and territory. This is a supplemental 1099 independent contractor role, not a full- or part-time job. Store visits may begin after onboarding and completion of the required Assessment Partner certification.

Requirements

• Passion for and authenticity toward the 100% brand, or experience within the extreme sports industry.
• Previous merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with an eye for detail.
• Articulate and friendly communication, active listening, and empathy.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage time autonomously.
• Complete Assessment Partner certification before beginning store visits.
• Have a smart device with internet access: iOS 15.0 or above, or an Android phone on version 10.0 or above.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience.
• Experience or interest in extreme sports.

Responsibilities

• Create and commit to a monthly cadence of retail store visits in the market.
• Merchandise displays according to planograms.
• Build meaningful relationships with store teams.
• Educate and engage store teams and consumers on the features and benefits of 100% products.
• Submit store visit reports using ThirdChannel technology on a smart device, including before-and-after photos and written summaries.
