About The Position

The Eyewear Merchandising Rep supports the 100% brand by ensuring brand standards are met at the store level. The work includes merchandising specific SKUs according to planograms or directives and sharing brand information with store management and associates. Reps create a monthly schedule of retail store visits in their market, build relationships with store teams, and educate store teams and consumers about 100% products. Hours vary by location and territory. This is a supplemental 1099 independent contractor role, not a full- or part-time job. The schedule is flexible and must be coordinated with store management. An immediate start is available after onboarding, and Assessment Partner certification must be completed before store visits begin. The role requires a smart device with internet access and compatible operating system. Compensation starts at $23 per hour, with the rate based on market and relevant experience.

Requirements

• Passion for and authenticity with the 100% brand, or experience in the extreme sports industry.
• Previous merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with attention to detail.
• Articulate and friendly communication style; active listening and empathy.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage time autonomously.
• Smart device with internet access: iOS 17.0 or above, or an Android phone on version 13 or above.
• Complete Assessment Partner certification before beginning store visits.

• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and commit to a monthly cadence of retail store visits in the assigned market.
• Merchandise displays according to planograms.
• Build meaningful relationships with store teams.
• Educate and engage store teams and consumers on the features and benefits of 100% products.
• Submit store visit reports, including before-and-after photos and written summaries, using ThirdChannel technology on a smart device.
