100% Eyewear Merchandising Rep $23/hr
About The Position
Support the 100% eyewear brand by ensuring its standards are met at the store level. The role involves merchandising products according to SKU-specific planograms or directives and sharing brand and product information with store management, associates, and consumers. Representatives set a monthly cadence of store visits in their market and submit visit reports through ThirdChannel technology. Hours vary by location and territory. This is a supplemental 1099 independent contractor position, not a full-time or part-time job. Store visits may begin after onboarding and completion of Assessment Partner certification.
Requirements
- Passion for and authenticity toward the 100% brand, or experience in the extreme sports industry.
- Previous merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with an eye for detail.
- Articulate and friendly communication, active listening, and empathy.
- Ability to problem-solve and manage time autonomously.
- A smart device with internet access: iOS 17.0 or above, or an Android phone on version 13 or above.
- Complete Assessment Partner certification before beginning store visits.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail experience.
- Interest in extreme sports.
Responsibilities
- Create and commit to a monthly cadence of retail store visits in the assigned market.
- Set and merchandise displays according to planograms.
- Build meaningful relationships with store teams.
- Educate and engage store teams and consumers on the features and benefits of 100% products.
- Submit store visit reports using ThirdChannel technology on a smart device, including before-and-after photos and written summaries.
