About The Position

The Eyewear Merchandising Rep supports the 100% brand by ensuring its standards are met at the store level. The role involves merchandising specific SKUs according to planograms or directives and sharing brand and product information with store management, associates, and consumers. Reps establish a monthly schedule of store visits in their market, build relationships with store teams, and submit visit reports with before-and-after photos and written summaries through ThirdChannel technology on a smart device. Hours vary by location and territory. This is a supplemental 1099 independent contractor role, not a full- or part-time job. The schedule is flexible and coordinated with store management. An immediate start is available after onboarding, and Assessment Partner certification must be completed before store visits begin.

Requirements

Previous retail experience.
Passion and authenticity for the 100% brand or experience within the extreme sports industry.
Communication, active listening, and empathy; the Brand Rep must be articulate and friendly.
Ability to problem-solve and manage time autonomously.
A smart device with internet access: iOS 17.0 or above, or an Android phone on version 13 or above.
Complete Assessment Partner certification before beginning store visits.

Nice To Haves

Previous merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment.
An eye for detail.
