About The Position

The Eyewear Merchandising Rep supports the 100% brand by ensuring its brand standards are met at the store level. The work includes merchandising specific SKUs according to planograms or other directives and sharing brand information with store management and associates. Hours vary by location and territory. This is a supplemental 1099 independent contractor role, not a full- or part-time job. Store visits can begin after onboarding and completion of the required Assessment Partner certification. The contractor uses a compatible smart device with internet access to submit visit reports, photos, and summaries through ThirdChannel technology.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience or a passion or interest in extreme sports.
• A passion for and authenticity with the 100% brand, or experience in the extreme sports industry.
• Communication, active listening, and empathy; ability to be articulate and friendly.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage time autonomously.
• A smart device with internet access: iOS 17.0 or above, or an Android phone on version 13 or above.
• Completion of Assessment Partner certification before store visits begin.

Nice To Haves

• Previous merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and commit to a monthly cadence of retail store visits in the assigned market.
• Set and merchandise displays according to planograms.
• Build meaningful relationships with store teams.
• Educate and engage store teams and consumers about the features and benefits of 100% products.
• Submit store visit reports, including before-and-after photos and written summaries, using ThirdChannel technology on a smart device.
