About The Position

Support the 100% eyewear brand by ensuring its brand standards are met at the store level. This includes merchandising specific SKUs according to planograms or other directives and sharing brand information with store management and associates. Store visit hours vary by location and territory. This is a supplemental 1099 independent contractor role, not a full-time or part-time job. The role offers flexible scheduling arranged with store management and starts after onboarding is complete. Assessment Partner certification is required before store visits begin.

Requirements

• Passion for and authenticity toward the 100% brand, or experience in the extreme sports industry.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage time autonomously.
• Ability to complete Assessment Partner certification before beginning store visits.
• A smart device with internet access: iOS 17.0 or above, or an Android phone running version 13 or above.
• Articulate and friendly communication, active listening, and empathy.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience.
• Previous merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and commit to a monthly cadence of retail store visits in the assigned market.
• Set and merchandise displays according to planograms.
• Build meaningful relationships with store teams.
• Educate and engage store teams and consumers on the features and benefits of 100% products.
• Submit store visit reports with before-and-after photos and written summaries using ThirdChannel technology on a smart device.
