About The Position

Support the 100% eyewear brand by ensuring its brand standards are met at the store level. The role includes merchandising specific SKUs according to planograms or directives and sharing brand information with store management and associates. The position is a supplemental 1099 independent contractor role, with hours varying by location and territory. Schedule store visits monthly and flexibly in agreement with store management. Store visits can begin after onboarding and completion of Assessment Partner certification.

Requirements

• A passion for and authenticity for the 100% brand, or experience in the extreme sports industry.
• Previous merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with attention to detail.
• Articulate and friendly communication, active listening, and empathy.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage time autonomously.
• Complete Assessment Partner certification before beginning store visits.
• Access to a smart device with internet access: iOS 17.0 or above, or an Android phone running version 13 or above.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience.
• Experience in the extreme sports industry or a passion for extreme sports.

Responsibilities

• Create and commit to a monthly cadence of retail store visits in the assigned market.
• Merchandise displays according to planograms.
• Build meaningful relationships with store teams.
• Educate and engage store teams and consumers about the features and benefits of 100% products.
• Submit store visit reports using ThirdChannel technology on a smart device, including before-and-after photos and written summaries.
