100% Eyewear Merchandising Rep $23/hr

About The Position

Support the 100% eyewear brand by ensuring its standards are met at the store level. The role involves merchandising specific SKUs according to planograms or directives and sharing brand and product information with store management, associates, and consumers. Reps create a recurring monthly schedule of store visits in their market and submit visit reports through ThirdChannel technology. This is a supplemental 1099 independent contractor position, not a full- or part-time job. Hours vary by location and territory, and reps design a flexible schedule in agreement with store management.

Requirements

Passion for and authenticity toward the 100% brand, or experience in the extreme sports industry.
Previous merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with attention to detail.
Articulate and friendly communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
Ability to problem-solve and manage time autonomously.
Access to a smart device with internet access: iOS 17.0 or above, or an Android phone on version 13 or above.
Complete Assessment Partner certification before beginning store visits.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail experience.
Experience or interest in extreme sports.

Responsibilities
