About The Position

Support the 100% eyewear brand by ensuring brand standards are met at the store level. The role includes merchandising products to SKU-specific planograms or directives and sharing brand information with store management and associates. Store visit hours vary by location and territory. This is a supplemental 1099 independent contractor role, not a full-time or part-time job. The contractor designs a flexible work schedule in agreement with store management and uses ThirdChannel technology to report on store visits.

Requirements

• Passion for and authenticity with the 100% brand, or experience in the extreme sports industry.
• Previous merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with an eye for detail.
• Articulate, friendly communication, active listening, and empathy.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage time autonomously.
• A smart device with internet access: iOS 15.0 or above, or an Android phone running version 10.0 or above.
• Complete Assessment Partner certification before beginning store visits.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience.
• Experience in the extreme sports industry.
• Merchandising experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and commit to a monthly cadence of retail store visits in the assigned market.
• Merchandise displays according to planograms.
• Build meaningful relationships with store teams.
• Educate and engage store teams and consumers on the features and benefits of 100% products.
• Submit store visit reports using ThirdChannel technology on a smart device, including before-and-after photos and written summaries.
