Eye Clinic Manager
About The Position
A full-time, direct-hire Eye Clinic Manager role at an outpatient and surgical eye clinic near Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The manager will support clinic effectiveness by fostering communication among providers, staff, and administration; monitoring and developing budgets that support employee growth and retention; and overseeing the revenue cycle for current production initiatives. The manager will also collaborate with leadership on provider sourcing, onboarding, and performance strategies, and ensure employee compensation and packages are competitive with current market trends. The stated annual pay range is $90,000–$110,000. The community offers access to the Milwaukee and Madison areas, small-town character, riverfront views, parks, outdoor recreation, local amenities, and a relaxed pace of life.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or physician relations in an eye clinic environment.
- At least 1 year of experience with eye insurance and revenue cycle.
