About The Position

Sanford Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join its clinic team. The RN answers patient inquiries by telephone and MyChart messaging, assesses the severity of symptoms and medical needs according to triage algorithms, and collaborates with providers to guide patients to the appropriate level of care. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, attention to detail, and excellent time management. Requirements

Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where nursing practice is performed, or hold multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
For telephone nursing practice, be licensed in the states where the patients served reside.
Complete all requirements to obtain the license needed for the role within the first 30 days of employment.
Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Nice To Haves

Graduation from an accredited nursing program is preferred, including programs accredited by AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA.
A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
One year of healthcare experience is preferred.
