About The Position

Sanford Health is seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to join its Eye Services Clinic team. The RN answers patient inquiries by telephone and MyChart, assesses the severity of symptoms and medical needs using triage algorithms, and collaborates with providers to guide patients to the appropriate level of care. The role calls for adaptability, strong communication, attention to detail, and effective time management. Requirements

Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing in the state where nursing practice occurs, and/or hold multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
For telephone nursing practice, hold licensure in the states where the patients served reside; complete requirements to obtain any license needed for the role within the first 30 days of employment.
Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Nice To Haves

Graduation from an accredited nursing program is preferred.
A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.
One year of healthcare experience is preferred.
