Eye Clinic Manager
About The Position
A full-time Eye Clinic Manager is sought for a growing team at a facility near Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. This direct-hire role is based in an outpatient and surgical setting and follows a Monday–Friday day-shift schedule. The listed annual pay range is $90,000–$110,000. The manager will support clinic effectiveness by fostering communication among providers, staff, and administration; monitoring and developing budgets that support employee growth and retention; and overseeing the revenue cycle for current production initiatives. The role also collaborates with leadership on provider sourcing, onboarding, and performance strategies, and helps ensure employee compensation and packages remain competitive with market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or physician relations in an eye clinic environment.
- At least 1 year of experience with eye insurance and revenue cycle.
