About The Position

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is seeking experienced table games dealers for a critical part-time Extra Board position. The role provides flexible coverage for high-volume shifts, often beginning in the late evening. Dealers are expected to command the table, maintain game integrity, make rapid and accurate payouts, and provide polished service to guests. The role may provide an opportunity to advance into full-time positions such as Dual Rate Dealer or Floor Lead. Requirements

High school diploma or GED with six months of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
Have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Be able to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
Ability to provide a high standard of guest service.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing.
Inspect decks and gaming equipment to ensure game security.
Exchange guest currency for gaming chips and ensure the safety of all chips and currency.
Assist guests with playing and ensure adherence to established rules, policies, and procedures.
