Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Efficiently manage express service appointments, ensuring quick and effective service.
- Communicate clearly with customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Provide accurate cost estimates for services and explain the benefits of various options.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient process from check-in to checkout, minimizing wait times.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles and any additional services required.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle
- Sets and achieves targeted sales goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to promote positive customer experiences.
