We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Toyota Express Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. Requirements

Minimum 1 year of automotive service advisor experience (dealership experience preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance services and manufacturer-recommended maintenance
Computer proficiency and experience with dealership software preferred

Nice To Haves

Toyota dealership or Toyota Express Service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience.
Write repair orders for express maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and factory-scheduled maintenance.
Educate customers on Toyota recommended maintenance while building trust.
Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Work closely with technicians and parts personnel to keep repairs moving efficiently.
Follow dealership processes and Toyota standards to provide an outstanding ownership experience.
