Requirements

- Automotive experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Write repair orders for express maintenance services
- Communicate recommended maintenance and service needs
- Coordinate vehicle flow through the express service lane
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Ensure every customer has an outstanding dealership experience
- Work closely with technicians and service staff to maximize efficiency
