Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of automotive service advisor experience (dealership experience preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance services and manufacturer-recommended maintenance
- Computer proficiency and experience with dealership software preferred
Nice To Haves
- Toyota dealership or Toyota Express Service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience
- Write repair orders for express maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and factory-scheduled maintenance
- Educate customers on Toyota recommended maintenance while building trust
- Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Work closely with technicians and parts personnel to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Follow dealership processes and Toyota standards to provide an outstanding ownership experience
