Provide quick, efficient, and pleasant food and beverage service to residents and guests at Seasons Retirement Community, ensuring their needs are met. The role is part-time, with shifts listed as 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. on weekends; Saturday and Sunday availability is required. Requirements

At least 4 years of experience as a server; fine-dining experience is preferred.
Complete food-safety training and obtain or hold any required local, state, or county food-handling or sanitation licenses and certificates.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Have basic computer skills for using POS and payroll systems.
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables where limited standardization exists.
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.
Availability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities
