About The Position

The role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing regular maintenance, and explaining repair options clearly to customers. Technicians are expected to deliver fast, friendly, and professional service and help ensure customers have a positive experience.

Compensation is hourly rather than flat rate, with a stated range of $18 to $24 per hour depending on experience and certifications. Technicians also earn commissions every two weeks based on store-level automotive repair net sales; the posting states commissions range from $400 to $1,400. Hourly pay and commissions may lead to annual compensation above $100,000. Employees can earn one-time $500 bonuses for certifications achieved while employed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Current AATI or ASE certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Brake work experience.
• Must have their own tools.

• Ability to explain technical information in layman’s terms.

Responsibilities
