About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time, experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the Miami, Florida area. The role offers a five-day work week and hourly pay of $18–$24, depending on experience and certifications. Technicians also earn commissions every two weeks, typically ranging from $400 to $1,400 based on store-level automotive repair net sales. Hourly pay and commissions may result in annual compensation above $100,000. Employees can earn one-time $500 bonuses for certifications acquired while employed. The technician maintains and repairs customers’ vehicles, diagnoses mechanical problems, explains repair options clearly, and completes agreed-upon work. The role also performs regular vehicle maintenance and provides fast, friendly, professional customer service. Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center. The company emphasizes clean, professional surroundings, collaborative teamwork, and creating long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Current AATI or ASE certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Brake work experience.
- Must have own tools.
- Honest and reliable.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Service-oriented and attentive to detail.
- Enjoys troubleshooting.
- Able to explain technical information in layman’s terms.
