About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the Miami, Florida area. The position offers a five-day work week and hourly, non-flat-rate pay of $18 to $24, depending on experience and certifications. Technicians also earn commissions, paid every two weeks, ranging from $400 to $1,400 based on store-level automotive repair net sales. Hourly pay and commissions may result in annual compensation above $100,000. Employees can earn one-time $500 bonuses for certifications earned while employed.

The technician maintains and repairs customers’ vehicles, diagnoses mechanical problems, explains repair options, and completes agreed-upon repairs. The role also performs regular maintenance and provides fast, friendly, professional customer service.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Current AATI or ASE certifications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Brake work experience.
• Must have own tools.
• Honesty and reliability.

• Service-oriented approach and attention to detail.
• Enjoys troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain technical information in layman's terms.

Responsibilities
