About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the Hadley, Massachusetts area. The role offers a five-day work week and hourly pay—not flat rate—of $18 to $24, depending on experience and certifications. Technicians earn commissions every two weeks, ranging from $400 to $1,400 based on store-level Automotive Repair Net Sales. Hourly pay and commissions may result in annual compensation above $100,000. Employees can also receive a one-time $500 bonus for each certification earned while employed by the company. The technician maintains and repairs customer vehicles, diagnoses mechanical problems, explains repair options, and completes agreed-upon work. The role also performs regular vehicle maintenance and provides fast, friendly, and professional customer service. Atlantic Coast Enterprises is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center. Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Current AATI or ASE certifications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Brake work experience.
- Own tools.
- Honesty and reliability.

- Enjoy troubleshooting.
- Ability to explain technical information in layman's terms.
Responsibilities
