About The Position

The Expediter is an energetic, service-focused Front of House team member who serves as a liaison between the front and back of house. The role is responsible for fulfilling orders accurately and promptly, with care and attention to detail, while maintaining high standards intended to provide guests with a positive experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.
• Must be able to read in English.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with others.
• Must be energetic, service-focused, attentive to detail, and able to act with a sense of urgency.
• Must proactively help where most needed in the restaurant.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assemble food orders for dine-in and takeout.
• Ensure order accuracy and pay close attention to detail.
• Ensure food presentation meets expectations.
• Package online and catering orders.
• Maintain sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards in food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
