About The Position

The Exit Booth Agent provides friendly, efficient service throughout the rental car process at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport. The role greets and assists Emerald Aisle members, helps them select an appropriate vehicle under program guidelines, and works to make customer transactions quick and efficient. The position pays $17.50 per hour, plus potential bonuses, and is based at the airport. Multiple schedules are available across Terminals 1 and 2, including Sunday–Thursday and Tuesday–Saturday shifts.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past 3 years.
No drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions (DUI/DWI) within the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
Verify vehicle information and VIN numbers for security and car control.
Offer Emerald Aisle members the refueling option.
Maintain a neat and orderly appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas.
Keep the Exit Booth stocked with appropriate customer supplies.
Give customers undivided attention while assisting them at the exit booth.
Make eye contact and greet all customers.
Thank customers at the conclusion of transactions.
Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and service information; resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently.
Perform other customer service duties as needed to meet service levels.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
