About The Position

The Exit Booth Agent for Enterprise Mobility’s National/Alamo brands provides friendly, efficient service throughout the rental car process. The role greets Emerald Aisle members, helps them select an appropriate vehicle according to program guidelines, and supports quick, accurate transactions while maintaining a welcoming environment for all customers. The position is located at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport and pays $17.50 per hour, with potential bonuses. Multiple schedules are available at Terminals 1 and 2, including early morning, daytime, evening, and overnight hours.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience required.
• Valid driver's license required, with no more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related convictions, including DUI/DWI, on the driving record within the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify vehicle information and VIN numbers for security and vehicle control.
• Offer Emerald Aisle members the refueling option and provide additional service.
• Maintain a neat appearance in the Exit Booth and surrounding areas.
• Keep the Exit Booth stocked with appropriate customer-service supplies.
• Give customers undivided attention at the exit booth, make eye contact, greet them, and thank them at the end of transactions.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, local information, and service information, and resolve customer service issues efficiently.
• Perform other customer-service duties as needed to meet service-level expectations.
• Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
