About The Position

Enterprise Mobility’s National/Alamo brand is hiring an Exit Booth Agent to provide friendly, efficient customer service throughout the rental car process. The role is located at Reagan Airport (DCA), 2500 National Ave Parking 1, Arlington, VA 22202, and pays $18.87 per hour. The available schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or management.
Leadership experience may include organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service.
Must be able to work outside in various temperatures, stand for long periods, bend, squat, and move quickly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must pass a satisfactory background check, including employment references, education, and Social Security.

Responsibilities

Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
Verify vehicle information and VIN numbers for security and vehicle control.
Offer Emerald Aisle members the refueling option.
Maintain the appearance of the exit booth and surrounding areas.
Stock the booth with appropriate supplies to meet customer needs.
Give customers undivided attention while assisting them at the exit booth.
Make eye contact, greet customers, and thank them at the conclusion of transactions.
Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and service information; resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently.
Perform other customer service-related duties to ensure service levels meet customer needs.
