About The Position

Enterprise Mobility’s National/Alamo brand is hiring an Exit Booth Agent at Reagan Airport (DCA), located at 2500 National Ave Parking 1, Arlington, VA 22202. The agent provides friendly, efficient customer service throughout the rental car process. The position pays $18.87 per hour and has a Friday–Tuesday schedule from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.
Must have at least one year of experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or management.
Leadership experience may include organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service.
Must be able to work outside in various temperatures, stand for long periods, bend, squat, and move quickly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must pass a satisfactory background check, including employment references, education, and Social Security verification.

Responsibilities

Prepare rental documents accurately and completely.
Verify vehicle information and VIN numbers for security and car control.
Offer Emerald Aisle members the refueling option.
Maintain a neat and orderly appearance of the exit booth and surrounding areas.
Keep the booth stocked with appropriate customer-service supplies.
Give customers undivided attention while assisting them at the exit booth.
Make eye contact, greet customers, and thank them at the conclusion of transactions.
Assist customers with directions, maps, local-area information, and service information; resolve customer-service issues efficiently and effectively.
Perform other customer-service-related duties to ensure service levels meet customer needs.
