About The Position

Enterprise Mobility’s National/Alamo brand is hiring an Exit Booth Agent at Columbus John Glenn International Airport. The agent provides friendly, efficient service throughout the rental car process, greets and assists Emerald Aisle members, and helps them select vehicles according to program guidelines. The role also supports quick, accurate transactions and a welcoming environment for all customers. The position is located at 4106 International Gateway, Columbus, OH 43219. Pay starts at $15 per hour, with monthly bonus opportunities. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.; Wednesday and Thursday are off.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past 3 years.
No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsibilities

Prepare rental documents accurately and completely.
Verify vehicle information and VIN numbers for security and vehicle control.
Offer Emerald Aisle members the refueling option.
Keep the Exit Booth and surrounding areas neat and orderly.
Ensure the Exit Booth is stocked with appropriate supplies.
Give customers undivided attention at the exit booth; make eye contact, greet them, and thank them at the end of transactions.
Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and service information, and resolve customer service issues efficiently.
Perform other customer-service-related duties to meet service levels.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
