About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Customer Service Agent to work at the exit booth at Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW), located onsite at 2424 E 38th St, Dallas, TX 75261. The position pays $15.50 per hour plus performance-based incentives, with earnings of up to $21.50 per hour, and offers a consistent 40-hour-per-week schedule. The agent provides friendly, efficient customer service throughout the rental car process, prepares rental documents, verifies vehicle information, and assists customers with rental-related needs. Airport clearance is not required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be available for a 40-hour schedule as part of an operational shift bid, including weekends, nights, and holidays, except for religious observance.

Responsibilities

Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
Verify car information and VIN numbers for security and vehicle control.
Offer Emerald Aisle members the refueling option.
Maintain the appearance of the exit booth and surrounding areas.
Keep the booth stocked with appropriate supplies.
Give customers undivided attention while assisting them at the exit booth.
Make eye contact, greet customers, and thank them at the conclusion of transactions.
Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information.
Resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently.
Perform other customer service-related duties to ensure service levels meet customer needs.
