Airport Agent - Customer Service
About The Position
Envoy Air is hiring an entry-level Customer Service Agent at BUF. The role focuses on providing passengers with a friendly, efficient check-in and ticketing experience and helping create a positive start to their trip. Agents use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while assisting customers. The position also involves handling passenger bags. Paid on-the-job training and development programs are provided. Shifts may vary and include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays; shift trading and overtime are available.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and provide a courteous, efficient, and friendly check-in and ticketing experience.
- Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
- Lift and place customers’ bags onto the belt.
