Airport Agent - Customer Service
About The Position
Envoy Air is hiring a Customer Service Agent at BUF. This entry-level role greets passengers and provides a courteous, efficient, and friendly check-in and ticketing experience. The agent uses reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes, and assists passengers by lifting their bags onto the baggage belt. Paid on-the-job training and development programs are provided. Shifts may vary and include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays; shift trading and available overtime are also mentioned. The pay rate is $16.33 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent required.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities

- Lift customers’ bags onto the belt.
