About The Position

The Customer Service Agent welcomes customers returning rental vehicles and provides a friendly, professional experience. The role includes inspecting vehicles for damage, fuel level, and mileage; completing return transactions and explaining final charges; promoting SIXT products and services; identifying and tagging vehicles that need maintenance; and moving them to the appropriate locations. The agent works in various weather conditions and may take on additional tasks to support business needs. The position pays $21.25 per hour and offers flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts.
• Open to travel (5–10%), some of which may be by airplane.
• Willing to wear a company uniform.

• Background in sales, service, or hospitality.
• Ability to speak other languages.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival and deliver a friendly, professional vehicle return experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage; handle findings discreetly and direct issues to the appropriate channels.
• Complete return transactions accurately and advise customers about final rental charges.
• Promote additional SIXT products and services where applicable.
• Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance and ensure they are moved to the correct location.
• Work in various weather conditions and take on additional tasks to support business needs.
