About The Position

Fox Rent A Car is hiring a part-time Exit Booth Agent to serve as the final customer touchpoint in the rental experience. The agent verifies rental paperwork, assists customers as they leave the facility, and helps ensure a smooth, professional checkout and send-off. The role also includes maintaining an orderly exit booth and supporting business needs as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong people skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot with a positive attitude.
• Patience and understanding throughout the rental experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify the completion and accuracy of customer rental agreements before finalizing checkouts.
• Greet customers as they exit the facility with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a friendly attitude.
• Scan and manage necessary documents, keeping them organized for a smooth process.
• Obtain customers’ signatures on checkout slips and ensure forms are correctly executed.
• Keep the exit booth clean and organized, inside and out.
• Wish customers a safe journey and provide helpful information such as directions or local landmarks.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives.
