About The Position

Fitness Forum PT is seeking an Exercise Specialist/Rehab Tech to join its team in Annapolis, Maryland. The role assists patients in completing individualized exercise programs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and helps ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff during aquatic therapy sessions. The position also includes preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment, providing customer service, handling phones and appointment scheduling, and covering the front desk as needed. Requirements

CPR certification.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, or a medical office setting.

Responsibilities

Guide and assist patients with exercise programs as directed by the Physical Therapist.
Help ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff during aquatic therapy sessions.
Clean and prepare exam rooms, tables, and equipment for patient use.
Answer phones, confirm appointments, and schedule patients.
Provide front desk coverage as needed.
