About The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Tech to support licensed Physical Therapists and gain hands-on clinical experience. The role is intended for people pursuing Pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, healthcare administration, or related healthcare paths. No clinical experience is needed; training is provided. The position includes access to the Pre-PT School Training Pathway, which offers online coursework taught by Mountain Land therapists and PT school application guidance. After completing the pathway and more than 800 hours, eligible participants may earn a $3,000 PT school scholarship or a $1,500 PTA school scholarship. The posting also describes mentorship, recommendation letters, mock interviews, and guidance from experienced clinicians. Graduates who return as full-time therapists may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

This is a part-time role at the clinic located at 2183 W. Main St. Ste. A101, Lehi, Utah 84043. The schedule is flexible to accommodate school or work commitments; preferred hours are Tuesday and Wednesday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pay is $11 per hour.

Requirements

• Customer service experience or health-related coursework; these are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists during treatment by setting up equipment and assisting with patient flow.
• Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team.
• Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for patients.
• Help the front desk as needed by checking in patients and supporting clinic flow.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures.
