About The Position
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapy Tech role designed for students and recent graduates seeking clinical experience and hours. The position works directly with licensed Physical Therapists and includes access to the Pre-PT Pathway, which provides online coursework taught by Mountain Land therapists, guidance on PT school admissions, mentorship, mock interviews, and personalized recommendation letters. The posting states that over 90% of Pre-PT Pathway graduates are accepted into Doctor of PT programs. Completing the pathway and working 800 or more hours can earn a $3,000 PT school scholarship, or $1,500 for PT Assistant school. A future sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 may be available when returning as a full-time therapist after graduation. The tech supports therapists and clinic operations by preparing equipment, guiding patients through exercises, assisting with patient check-in and warm-ups, and maintaining a clean, safe, and positive environment. Training is provided; prior experience is not required. The preferred schedule is evenings Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with flexibility to accommodate school or work commitments. The role is located at 1227 West 9000 South, West Jordan, Utah 84088, and pays $11 to $12.50 per hour.
