About The Position

Power Health Colorado is seeking an energetic Physical Therapy Technician to join its growing multidisciplinary injury care practice. The practice brings together physicians, physician assistants, physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and case managers to provide coordinated patient care. The technician works under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants, helping prepare treatment areas, maintain clinic cleanliness, and guide patients through prescribed exercise programs to support their recovery.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand and move for extended periods, demonstrate exercises, and safely lift or transfer up to 50 pounds.
Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a Pre-PT program.
Prior experience in a medical office, fitness center, or customer service role; the employer is willing to train the right candidate.
Current CPR/BLS certification, or willingness to obtain it upon hire.

Responsibilities

Escort patients to treatment areas and assist with setup, transitions, and prescribed therapeutic exercises.
Clean, sanitize, and reset treatment tables, exercise equipment, and modalities between patient uses.
Prepare heat packs, cold packs, electrical stimulation equipment, and other modalities as directed by the physical therapist.
Assist front desk staff as needed with patient check-ins, phone calls, appointment scheduling, and medical records.
Monitor clinic supplies, wash and fold towels and linens, and maintain an organized workspace.
