About The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Tech to support licensed Physical Therapists and gain hands-on clinical experience. The position is intended for people pursuing pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, healthcare administration, or other healthcare career paths. No clinical experience is required; training is provided. The role includes access to the Pre-PT School Training Pathway, which offers coursework, application guidance, mentorship, and career preparation.

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule intended to accommodate school or work commitments. Preferred hours are Monday mid-morning through afternoon, Tuesday 11 a.m.–7 p.m., Wednesday 7 a.m.–3 p.m., Thursday 11 a.m.–7 p.m., and Friday mid-morning through afternoon. The work location is 649 N. Redwood Road, Suite 115, Saratoga Springs, Utah 84045. Pay is $10–$12 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists during treatment by setting up equipment and assisting with patient flow.
• Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team.
• Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for patients.
• Help at the front desk as needed by checking in patients and supporting clinic flow.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures.
