About The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapy Tech at its Saratoga Springs, Utah clinic. The role provides hands-on clinical experience working alongside licensed Physical Therapists and includes access to the company’s Pre-PT School Training Pathway. The position is intended for people pursuing Pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, healthcare administration, or related healthcare careers. No clinical experience is required; training is provided.

The schedule is flexible to accommodate school or work commitments. Preferred availability is Monday and Friday from mid-morning through afternoon, Tuesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pay is $10–$12 per hour.

The Pre-PT pathway offers online coursework taught by Mountain Land therapists and guidance on PT school applications. After completing the pathway and more than 800 hours, participants may earn a $3,000 PT school scholarship, or $1,500 for PTA school. The posting also describes mentorship, recommendation letters, mock interviews, and guidance from experienced clinicians. A future sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 may be available when returning as a full-time therapist after graduation.

• Customer service experience or health-related coursework; these are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists during treatment by setting up equipment and assisting with patient flow.
• Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team.
• Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for patients.
• Help the front desk as needed by checking in patients and supporting clinic flow.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures.
