About The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Tech to support licensed Physical Therapists and gain hands-on clinical experience. The role is suited to students and recent graduates interested in healthcare, including those seeking clinical hours and preparation for physical therapy school. Training is provided.

The position includes access to the Pre-PT Pathway, with online coursework taught by Mountain Land therapists and support such as mentorship, mock PT interviews, and guidance for PT school applications. People who complete the pathway and work 800 or more hours may earn a $3,000 scholarship for PT school or $1,500 for PT Assistant school. The description also offers a potential sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for returning as a full-time therapist after graduation.

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. Preferred hours are Tuesdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Thursdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The position is located at 94 Highland Dr, Santaquin, UT 84655, and pays $10–$12 per hour.
