About The Position

Fitness Forum PT is seeking an Exercise Specialist/Rehab Tech to work in its Annapolis, Maryland clinic. The role assists patients with individualized exercise programs as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist and supports patient and staff safety during aquatic therapy sessions. The position also helps keep treatment spaces and equipment ready for patient use and provides customer service and front desk support, including answering phones and managing appointments. The successful candidate will bring a positive, supportive attitude, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative outpatient physical therapy practice that offers mentorship, continuing education, and exposure to specialty services including aquatic therapy.

Requirements

CPR certification.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Guide and assist patients with exercise programs as directed by the Physical Therapist.
Help ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff during aquatic therapy sessions.
Clean and prepare exam rooms, tables, and equipment for patient use.
Answer phones, confirm appointments, and schedule patients.
Provide front desk coverage as needed.
Support colleagues and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
