About The Position

The Beverly Hilton is seeking an Executive Steward to lead the Stewarding Team and provide strategic oversight of stewarding operations across the property. The role supports memorable guest experiences by ensuring the availability and care of essential service items and equipment, maintaining sanitation and safety standards, managing department costs, and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coordination, distribution, storage, and maintenance of china, glassware, linen, silver, and other essential items, ensuring accurate inventory and availability.
• Oversee the security, maintenance, and functionality of food service equipment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee sanitation procedures to ensure food and beverage areas meet hygiene and safety regulations.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality standards.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
