We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant for a newly created role supporting a warm, close-knit Palm Beach family. Operating across multiple residences, you will serve as the family's right hand, seamlessly managing the rhythm of a busy household that includes four children, three of whom are actively enrolled in school, and a family life beautifully centered around horses and riding. You will also serve as a trusted caretaker for the family's two dogs while they are traveling, stepping in with the same care and attentiveness whenever the houseman or housekeeper is unavailable. Requirements
- Understands the big picture but has a keen eye for detail.
- Smart and proactive.
- A resourceful and detail-oriented professional with outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently; understands and manages changing priorities.
- Tech savvy; computer proficiency.
- Strong writing and communication skills, able to manage detailed correspondence and schedules.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and passport and can travel internationally as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage all travel logistics for principals and their children.
- Coordinate and arrange detailed itineraries including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activities.
- Maintain travel documents, reservations, and schedules.
- Anticipate and troubleshoot travel-related issues before they arise.
- Work alongside a full household staff within a family office located on the property.
- Provide attentive, loving care for the family's dogs during periods of travel, serving as a trusted and consistent presence in the home.
