Requirements

• At least 3 years of similar work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of booking and servicing small groups and events from all markets.
• Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
