About The Position

The Executive Host at MGM National Harbor brings energy and excitement to the casino floor while providing VIP-level service to high-priority and valued guests. The role expedites guest requests, makes quick decisions, and creates memorable experiences. It focuses on building relationships with high-value players, acquiring new casino clientele, delivering loyalty incentives, and working with internal teams to support on-property experiences and events.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
At least one year of prior relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

Two years of casino marketing, VIP services, or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Cultivate lasting relationships with high-value players through personalized service and memorable experiences.
Proactively develop new casino clientele to grow the property's player base and drive revenue.
Deliver guest incentives, including comps, special offers, and exclusive access, to reward loyalty and encourage continued visitation.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the on-property guest experience and represent the brand at events and activations.
Expedite high-priority guest requests and make quick decisions while providing VIP-level service.
