The Executive Director is responsible for leading strategic direction, program growth, revenue development, external and government relations, and crisis management for the newly created Indy Metro branch office of a national non-profit. This individual will be at the forefront of leading the nationally recognized Every Child foster care initiative. The role involves building the Indy Metro Branch to sustainability over three years, identifying and setting up new office space, hiring and managing staff, and supporting the Every Child Indiana Network. The Executive Director will also work with corporate leadership to build political will, develop communication strategies, foster collaborations with community leaders and child welfare organizations, mobilize faith communities, and expand the Indiana donor base to achieve an annual budget of $1 million by the end of 2025. Other duties as assigned by the direct report.
