About The Position
Lifespace Communities is seeking an Executive Director to lead Harbours Edge, a senior living community in Delray Beach, Florida. The Executive Director oversees the full operation of the community, including resident services, healthcare operations, hospitality, dining, sales, financial performance, and team engagement. The role calls for a strategic, service-oriented leader who can build a strong culture, develop leadership teams, and improve operational performance and resident experience. The Executive Director will work with sales and executive leadership, support the growth and retention of team members, and cultivate relationships with residents and families. The listed annual pay range is $154,600 to $224,200+, with bonus potential. Candidates who accept an offer must complete a background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, in accordance with Florida law.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 7 years of Executive Director or Administrator experience within a CCRC/Life Plan Community.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
