Senior Living Executive Director
About The Position
The Renley of Collierville, a community in Collierville, TN provides quality care to residents in an Assisted Living community. The Executive Director serves as the community leader and is responsible for the financial, human resource and operations management of the community. This role assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and supervises and assists in provision of all Resident services, including the coordination of those provided by independently contracted ancillary health care providers as requested by Residents and families. The position also involves supervision of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluating and disciplining Community Team Members, and assisting with the development and implementation of sales/marketing plans with the Director of Sales and the Sales team to accomplish occupancy targets. The Executive Director coordinates maintenance standards of the Community, Resident units, common areas and adjacent grounds with the Maintenance Director, according to the Company policy and state requirements. This role manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures. The Executive Director operates with resources provided, assures income and expenses are controlled using annual budget projections.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- ACLF licensure for TN required
- Must satisfy state experience requirements to include licensure or credentials to run a senior living community.
- A minimum of three to five years of leadership experience required.

- College credits or degree preferred.
- Experience in managing a program or community in senior living preferred.
Responsibilities
