About The Position

Morningside Ministries is seeking an Executive Director with a current Texas Nursing Facility Administrator License to lead its Meadows campus, a senior living community north of downtown San Antonio, Texas, offering all levels of care. The Executive Director leads community operations, financial performance, human resources, and all departments while promoting a resident-centered culture and outstanding customer service. The role engages residents and families through an open-door leadership style and builds relationships in the local community to support occupancy and revenue growth. It also ensures compliance with applicable regulations and organizational standards, monitors financial performance, and supports Morningside Ministries’ mission to provide quality service to seniors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, or a related field.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within senior housing, such as independent living, assisted living, or long-term care.
Current Texas Nursing Facility Administrator License.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to lead people and solve complex problems.
Genuine desire to serve seniors and foster a thriving, compassionate community.

Nice To Haves

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
